Staying at Monaco is a unique experience: renovated with great care and attention to detail, this beautiful ‘masia’ (Catalan manor house), offers high-tech modern comforts whilst retaining the historic charm and character of the original building.
Set high on a hillside in the Penedes wine region, the masia is surrounded by the Garaf National Park and offers dramatic sea or mountain views from very room or terrace.This tranquil haven has more than 120 hectares of private grounds with vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees, yet is only a 30 minute drive from Barcelona and 10 minutes from the lively beach resort of Sitges. This historic masia is ideal for families and corporate groups, and for occasions such as weddings, filming and production launches.
The famous Penedes and Cava producers including Torres, Freixenet and Cordoniu are within visiting distance for wine enthusiasts.

The property boasts a large 20 metre solar heated swimming pool with adjoining children's pool, a large events room, a hot tub jacuzzi, a surround-sound plasma screen home cinema, wi-fi,telephone and satelite television, a snooker/ pool , room, a chill out moroccan lounge, a children’s play-room, trampoline and table tennis and basketball area.The property provides a daily house cleaning ( of common parts).Comforts include a fully equipped modern kitchen, central heating and air conditioning, gated car parking for up to 8 cars, satellite TV, indoor and outdoor eating areas with parasols, and a dedicated barbacue area.
Monaco makes its own wine and cava anddates back to 1582 with a extensive renovation in 2002.
Extras on request and not included in the price - additional cleaning, catering, chauffeur for
private excursions, baby sitter, masseuse, telephone, hot tub, outdoor gas heaters, marquee and catering equipment hire and personal laundry.

The property disposes of an extra cottage for 5 persons - under request and with a price of 1155 euro per week.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
