The villa-estate is situated 4 km outside Lloret de Mar in a beautiful, well thought out, urbanization called La Riviera. On a plot of 3000 m2 you will find 2 detached villas and a tenniscourt. Both holiday styled villa are suitable for 10-12 people. From the villas, there is an excellent view over the Mediterranean and the fantastic coastline with numerous small beaches and bays. There is a private swimming pool in the garden. There is a shared tennis court and a garden. The communal garden for both villa’s is a peaceful place to relax in the shade and is full with palm trees and beautiful flowers and plants.There is ample parking space next to the villa.
The villa’s are 8km away form the old fishermen’s village Tossa de Mar which is a typically old Spanish fishermen village with a medieval city centre and an idyllic harbor with excellent fish restaurants to choose from. Only two km away, is the lively town of Lloret de Mar, with many beaches, water sport facilities and lively bars and clubs.Blanes, which is also 8 km away is a famous beach resort, which is also renowned for its good fish restaurants.If you travel inland, you will find picturesque villages where traditional arts and crafts, such as ceramic and basket making, are still performed.

Both villas consists of two levels and are 172 m2 in size. The living area consists of a large living room, with seating and dining area. The living area has an open fire, satellite TV and stereo set for your use. Adjoining the living room is a big terrace with a magnificent view over the green hills and the Mediterranean Sea (from this terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets) . At the back of the villas you will find a luxurious kitchen with all modern conveniences such as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. On this floor there is also a toilet.On the second floor, there are 4 or 5 bedrooms. Also a large bathroom with toilet and 2 showerfacilities. The interior of the villas are warm, inviting and very stylish. The garden around the villas is well lit and secure. There are plenty of sun-beds and parasols in the garden.
