General information

This nice villa is situated between the beautiful green hills of the Aqua Viva residential area at 11 km of Lloret de Mar. This detached villa is situated right on a hill which offers a spectacular view.The villa is reached by a quiet road. Privacy at the villa is guaranteed, so you can fully enjoy the lazy garden beds by the large private pool (4x8 meters) or the garden chairs at the terrace. You can also absorb the warmth of the sun at het front side of the garden, also the spot to grill your food at the BBQ. The house, approx 130m2, has a modern and cosy interior, a comfortable livingroom a fully equiped kitchen and 3 bedrooms with double beds which offers room for six persons. The use of a car is certainly recommended, because the villa is situated rather high on the hillside. There is a bar/restaurant and a supermarket with Dutch and English products and a bakery at about 500 meters.
All in all this villa is the ideal location to spend your holiday!


The Residential area Aqua Viva Parc, where this villa is found, is situated between the town of Lloret de Mar and the village of Vidreres. The fishermen’s town Lloret de Mar crowns the beautiful Costa Brava coastal area, at approx. 30 km South of the city of Gerona and 10 km from the picturesque village of Tossa de Mar. Lloret de Mar is well-known and loved for being the busy coastal town it is, with lots to offer for all tourists. Like the long sand beaches, where many water sports can be undertaken, a beautiful promenade, an old town centre with many cosy small shopping streets, where traditional Catalan restaurants can be found. Add the numerous dancing’s, nightclubs, tennis courts, water parks, golf ranges and cultural must-sees and you are beginning to grasp the wonderful holiday possibilities of Lloret de Mar.
If you want to escape this 24/7 fun and excitement, then you do not need to travel far. Calm and tranquillity are found in the green inlands of the Costa Brava. Here at the markets of the small villages, you will experience a totally different Spain.

Arrival and departure

Internet USB sticks

Optionally we offer a wireless internet connection with this villa. This is provided by a USB internet stick which enables you to go online with your own laptop in order to check your e-mail and surf on the internet. Unfortunately this connection is not suitable for the up- and downloading of large files such as pictures and video’s.

The USB internet stick functions on all European laptops that have an USB port. The costs are € 25,- per week, to be paid when checking in at the homeservice office. A deposit of 50,- is required which will be refunded together with the deposit of the accommodation.

Unfortunately only a limited number of USB internet sticks is available in every homeservice office, so we would advise to rent one upfront when making your reservation in order to avoid any disappointment.

Please notice: the reservation of your USB Internet stick is binding, as it is reserved exclusively for you in our homeservice office. You may cancel your USB internet stick reservation by e-mail until one week before arrival. Any cancellations within 1 week before arrival will be fully charged.
