Pleasant summer villa of recent construction, for 6 persons, with private swimming-pool (8x4 m) endowed with Romain stairs, is outside shower and attractive garden. This last one is situated in the Urbanization Los Almendros of Calpe, close to the sandy beach of Levante, to the fishing port and to supermarkets. The house, on one floor, where 13 stairs are necessary to reach in it, counts with a ground totally closed and gardened approximately 800 m ² and allows to park 2 vehicles.

In its inside the accommodation is very ample and brilliant, Furnished and consists of 2 lounges, a room of relaxation with televisión by Satellite and a dining-room where from you can see the pool. The villa has 3 bed-rooms with double beds, 1 bath-room completes with bathtub, shower, washbasin and toilets as well as one toilet of courtesy. The kitchen, totally equipped with household electrical appliances, 2 gas distillers and two electric patches, a dishwasher, one microwaves, an oven and the other ustençils for the kitchen. A glassed door allows to go outside. The villa also possesses a room where is the washing machine.

Outside, a wooden pergola shelters a barbecue of masonry and a refrigerator-friseur and offer beautifulas views to the Peñon of Ifach. A short distance will facilitate you the access to the city center of Calpe (2,5 km) quite as in the beach of fine sand (Levante - 1,20 km) and in the supermarket (Mercadona - 0,80 km).

Observations:
There is a possibility to accommodate a supplementary person and in it the price is 90 € for the stay

Groups of young people are allowed in this villa.
