Kiara is situated on a quiet street with destination traffic. You can park your car safely on private property. Kiara is situated in a quiet urbanisation. The distance to the beach is 3000 meters. Kiara is situated on street level. Kiara is a fully detached villa with a private swimming pool. The interior of Kiara is spanish with good state of maintenance. The inside is light with a nice atmosphere. Kiara disposes of a an impressive view the green mountains. Kiara has a built surface of 240 square meters. You have to your disposal a designed garden. You find the swimming pool at the backside of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through the terrace . Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. Kiara has disposal of a permanent stone bbq .

Blanes
Blanes disposes of a beautiful sand beach with a really nice boulevard with outdoor cafes and restaurants. It’s also very attractive to walk in the nice harbour. In the shopping labyrinth in the centre you can wander around for hours, while enjoying a nice glass of sangria now and then outside the nice cafes. It’s also worthwhile to visit the botanical gardens. Villa Kiara is situated in a quiet residential nearby Blanes. It is about 8 km from the Catalan village Tordera. If you like hiking, mountain biking or enjoying the sun and quietness, this is the perfect holiday home for you! Blanes has a historical centre, and there is a fantastic wide and long sandy beach. If you go for a little bit sight seeing, you will find many small chapels worth visiting. Of course is Blanes famous for its botanical gardens, ‘Mar i Mutra’, designed by the German scientist Faust. Traditional are the markets (in Blanes and Tordera) and the international fireworks event.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 30) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
