The holiday villa is located in the quiet suburban area Alella, at just 5 kilometres from the beach. On the ground floor you’ll find a living room with a luxurious and stylish interior, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor are another 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the third floor offering another bedroom with a bathroom. The garden with private pool of course is a perfect place to relax, but with your own gym, jacuzzi and TV-room this holiday promises fun for everyone.

The Costa Maresme stretches from Blanes to Barcelona and offers many beautiful holiday homes. Spain combines the relaxing beach life at this coast with the availability of a metropolis like Barcelona. So a holiday at the Costa Maresme offers many possibilities. There’s always plenty to do at the beach, whether you like to do some sunbathing or spend the day more active with some swimming, surfing or jet skiing. But be sure not to forget the famous church Sagrada Familia, a walk at the Ramblas and Gaudi’s Park Guëll.
